:you should have a graduation degree from a recognised university.
:your age should be between 21 to 30 years.age relaxation of 3 years is given to obc candidate and 5 years of relaxation is given to sc candidate.

Why not dear offcourse you are able to appear in MPSC/UPSC exams...........after completing graduation from Mukt Vidya Peeth.............bcoz most of exams.....you just apply only graduate level..............so, all the best.....................
