Information about Recruitment of Principal by UPSC?

I have heard that upsc is recruiting 58 principal so is it true and if yes then how should i apply for it.

UPSC is conducting Recruitment Test for filling up 58 available posts of principal.

(i) The test will be of two hours duration and the medium of the question paper will be both Hindi and English.
(ii) The test will be an objective type with multiple choices of answers and carry a maximum of 100 marks.
(iii) There will be penalty for wrong answer.

--Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.

SYLLABUS OF THE TEST:
It comprises:
(i) General Knowledge including contemporary social, economic and cultural issues
(ii) Hindi and English language skills
(iii) Reasoning ability & Quantitative aptitude
(iv) Educational policies & Educational measurement and evaluation
(v) Management & Financial administration
(vi) Office procedure
