also from the official website you can download the admits cards for the examination,

as long as the language is concerned you can get then any of the 22 languages (in telugu also)of our constitution.
also you can make easy downloads form this site within seconds .
There is no prelims paper in Telugu . The examination paper will be Hindi OR English . The prelims pattern was already changed . Now prelims paper is divided into two papers and both the paper are objective type questions . There is no selection papers . Recently prelims exam results was announced . Those who have a qualified in the prelims examination then the candidate need to fill DAF .
