There is no examination conducted by U.P.S.C in Telugu medium.Exam paper mainly in English and Hindi languages only Because English is the language where many people can understand and also common language in our Country,Hindi is the national language many people can understand and speak in our country.

Only Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission(A.P.P.S.C) will conducts examination in English and Telugu Language.........

In My view,Better to maximum for English medium only but if you have any Doubts then prefer for TELUGU material....
