UPSC is the Union Public service commission and also called examination conducting body of India which organises lots of examinations of competitive nature at the national level.For most of the UPSC exam ,bachelor's degree in any discipline is the minimum academic qualifications required or you should be in final year of your graduation.
Since you are in final year of your bachelor's degree in technology ,you are eligible for the following UPSC examinations.

The Full Form Of UPSC is Union Public Service Commission. The Union Public Service Commission conducts a number of examinations every year and all the examinations have their own respective eligibility criteria.
As you are in final semester of B.Tech [ECE] which means that you are about to complete your graduation , so the UPSC Examinations for which you are eligible as per the educational qualifications are :
* The Civil Services Exam
* Indian Engineering Services Exam
* Indian Forest services Exam
* Combined Defense Services Exam
But from the above mentioned , the best one from my view is the Indian Engineering Services Exam.
This is because only those candidates are eligible to appear in this exam who have completed B.Tech/B.E. in the following streams :
a) Civil engineering
b) Mechanical Engineering
c) Electronics & Communication Engineering
d) Electronics & Electrical engineering
And you are an ECE student , so it will be most suitable for you.

The upsc will allow you to give its three exams, if you follow the eligibility criteria
IES, for giving this exam you should be a graduate in civil/mech/electrical/ece engineering and your age should be in between 21-30 years
CSAT, if you�re graduate in any stream and your age should be in between 21-30 years
CDS, you should be graduate and your age should be in between 19-24 years
