Yes you can apply for UPSC exams while pursuing last semester B.Pharmacy course. You have to prepare for UPSC EXAMs as a Graduate with other optional subjects such as Chemistry, botany etc. I mean which are related to chemicals. But for a pharmacist there are no special posts. you can apply for Armed forces through CDS and Graduate level Exams.

~Being a student in the final semester of B.Pharmacy,you can definitely apply for the Civil Service exams conducted by the UPSC every year provided you successfully meet the complete eligibility criteria.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR FOR THESE EXAMS ---
~~~You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.
~~~You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
However,the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the SC/STs and by 3 Years for the OBC candidates.
~~~You must have completed your Graduation or EQUIVALENT,from a recognized university,under ANY stream.
FINAL YEAR APPEARING CANDIDATES ARE ALSO ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
