IAS prelims is held in May month.Mains is conducted around November December.This year it will be in December.And then the Interview is conducted for mains qualified candidates.You can check the dates on the website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.You can get the dates for next year exam calendar after few months.You can also have the syllabus right there.Syllabus for prelims,to be frank , is everything that you have studied till 12th.Each and every subject with each topics.You can check the syllabus at any of the notifications in the website of UPSC

Eligibility criteria for IAS :-
> Nationality :- A citizen of India.
> Age limit :- 21 to 30 years.
