sorry to say you are not eligible for the upsc civil service exam because age limit for unreserved or bc category is 21 to 30 years.
but you are the eligible for the TNPSC exam which has state government test and you have the 1-2 chance left.
so don't waste your time and hurry fill the examination form

As the advertisement of UPSC CSAT examination the age limit is 21-30 years. The OBC candidate gets 3 years age relaxation. So, in 22-09-2012, You have crossed the age relaxation limit. So, sorry, you can't appear the examination. For TNPC, You can appear, because its upper age limit is upto 35 years. Best of Luck.

For UPSC exams age Limit for OBC candidates is 21 years to 33 years. you can apply for various UPSC exams in 2012 only that would be your last chance. because for UPSC you should not reach 33 years of age on 1 august 2012. as you would reach 33 years of age on 33,September,2012.
You can also apply for TNPSC exams because for TNPSC exam upper age limit is 35 years.
