Sorry friend you can not apply for any UPSC exam.

Because you have crossed the age limit of UPSC exam.

Age limit to be appear in UPSC exam is 30 years.

Age relaxation

SC/ST 35 years

OBC 33 years


As you mentioned you are SC candidates but after getting age relaxation you are not eligible due to your age of 39 years.

The age limit for the UPSC examination is 21-30years and the upper age limit is 03years for OBC and 05years for SC/ST candidates. So as your age is 39years, you are not eligible for appearing the examination. But if you have the reservation on PH, then it may help you. age limits for the upsc exams is

generals 21 to 30 years
OBC 21 to 33 years(3 years age relaxation)
SC/ST 21 to 35 years(5 years age relaxation)
