Hello Friend,
You should check out if your community is included in central list of OBC. If yes, then you will be able to claim OBC relaxation benefits. Also it will also depends on other norms like parents' annual income etc. These norms are different for different institutions. The link is http://www.ncbc.nic.in/Pdf/karnataka.pdf . I checked this pdf and found that Reddy community is NOT included. You need to double-check if your caste in included in it.
