But i have to say public administration is far more scoring subject

And not only this all other arts subjects are too scoring subjects

So better would be go for the arts subjects as they are best

But if you have interest on the sociology than

I Think Public Administration is the best subject among Socilogy subject.

Because Public administration deals with general issues like public ruling etc.,
