BBA is the Bachelor of Business Administration.
If you are in the final year of BBA then you are also eligible for the exams.

UPSC is the union public service commission.
It is the examination organising body which conducts various examinations like:

the age limit for the civil service exam:-
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means no limit
Age relaxation to Physically Handicapped (PH) persons:
Age relaxation of 5 years is allowed (total 10 years for SCs/STs and 8 years for OBCs in respect of the posts reserved for them)
Age relaxation for Meritorious Sports persons
