ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen ofIndia,

You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. HOWEVER,there is a relaxation in the upper age limit,

this is equals to completed degree so you do not bother about it
because each and every course has a particular specialization
without specialization there was never courses has been conducted
so that you course come under the business administration

u have holding the BBA degree at present then u can go for UPSC exam
the education qualification required in the UPSC is that the candidate should hold graduation degree with passing marks.
it does not matter grduation in any field and stream or with any specialification
if u were not compelete the graduation yet now... u cannot go for UPSC exam
after complete the BBA u can go for UPSC exam.
