Well dear as it is a engineering subject so student who have studied in graduation will only go for it.
Electrical engineering has a very lenghthy syallabus so it becomes quite tough as so much to carry at a time.if anyone wants to take it as optional in mains then he should go through the syallabus and make sure that he is confident about it.
Best of luck
dear aspirant,
Engineering subjects always considered tough. and i will give you advice that don't worry about subjects whether the subject is easy or tough. if you are well prepared for the subject then tough subjects also seems very easy.
if you are from electrical branch then according to my point of view you must choose Electrical Engineering subject as a optional subject for Mains exam. as you have studied these subjects in your academic carrier that will help you in preparation and also to crack the exam.
if you do not want to choose Electrical Engineering as your optional subject you can choose any optional subjects from the list.
