    Is pursuing M.A (Economics) after M.Com beneficial for IAS exam? What subject would help me to qualify in IAS exam?

    i have done M.Com. whether pursuing M.A Economics would be beneficial for the IAS exam. or what subject would help me to qualify IAS exam or what procedure in studies, i should follow to qualify this lucrative service.

    ts great that you have Mcom with you but after MCOM you want to take MA in economics that is not a good option because that will bethe wastage of time.
    If you like to qualify the IAS then you must have to choose a subject that you know very well as an optional subject so you must go for the the same, but if you already have a master degree in commerce then why you are going for the MA economics.
    It will be better for you to join the best coaching academy for preperation of the civil services examination as that will be the best option as they will provide you each and everything as a notes to prepare for the examination.
    So you must take my words and o for the coaching.
    If you read the hindu newspaper daily then you can also qualify the examination very well because it contains all the information related to the civil services examination MAINS and PRE paper..
    So it will be always better to join the academy.
