There is big list of Optional subjects in UPSC mains exam. Every subject is good and High Scoring.
You must choose those subjects in which you have full Interest of Field related Subjects.
Economics as well as Commerce are Good subjects of IAS mains exam.
It depends on you which subjects you choose.
To become IAS officer;-
>>You must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university. There is no percentage Requirement.
>>General Age limit is 21-30 years.
>>You must be Indian citizen as well as physically fit.

Then i want to give a suggestion that choose that subject which you have prepared well.
So if you prepared with commerce then go with commerce if you prepared with otherone then go with other one.
