IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Services which is conducted by UPSC.
After diploma,you can not join IAS exam.
To join IAS exam,you must be passed a graduation degree from a recognized university.
There is no percentage requirement. You must be passed a graduation degree from any stream.
Therefore at least complete your Graduation degree.
According to my view,
You have to join LEET exam to join Graduation degree.
Your age should be between 21-30 years. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates.

very sorry to tell you but you cannot apply for IAS exam because educational qualification for appearing in Civil Services Examination is that one should have completed his/her graduation from any stream but from a government university.
So unless you complete your graduation degree from a government recognized university you are not eligible to appear in Civil Services Examination on grounds of academic criteria.
Some eligibility criteria which are required to appear for Civil Services examination organized by UPSC are:-
1.You should have completed your graduation from any stream but from a recognized university.
2.You should be a citizen of India.
3.Candidates in their final year of graduationcan also apply for the same.
