IES exam stands for Indian Engineering service which is conducted by UPSC.If you belong SC category,then there will be age relaxation as well as number of attempts reservation.

Age limits;-

General category is 21-30 years

OBC category is 21-33 years

SC/ST category age limit is 21-35 years.

Number of attempts;-

General-4 times

OBC-7 times

SC/ST-no limit

To join IES exam,you must be passed a bachelor degree from a Indian Recognized university.
