-Having completed your Chemical Engineering,You are definitely eligible for the INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE exams,conducted annually by the UPSC.
-The notifications of the release of forms for this exam is available in January,and the exam is conducted in June,as in 2012,it is scheduled to happen on 15th June,2012,nd will take place for a period of 3 Days.
