As you must be aware that SCRA examination is conducted by UPSC, which is a central level PSC.
well, i must say that's a wise choice to do so,,,
as you may be aware that for SCRA you need to have full control on PCM and English.
Eligiblity criteria for SCRA :
>> YOu must have passed 12th with a recognised board
>> you must have age with in 19 to 24
>> PCM in 12th is like must
>> You must be indian citizen
