The minimum educational qualifications varies from exams to exams which are conducted by UPSC .
>>NDA : National defence academy .
Academic requirement: 10+2 with PCM and english as compulsory subjects.
Age limiations: 16.5 to 19 years.
Sex: Unmarried male
>>SCRA: Special class railway apprentice .

Nationality:
A candidate must be either:
(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:
Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe: upto a maximum of five years.
Other Backward Classes: upto a maximum of three years.
State of Jammu & Kashmir (Domiciled during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989): upto a maximum of five years.
Defence Services personnel : upto a maximum of five years

Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.
Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 29 years.
Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956.
Number of attempts: - Every general eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination 4 times.
For OBC candidate�s no. of attempts is 7 times and for SC/ST infinite no. of attempts

So, please fill us with complete details with name of examination, even a clue about it will work like many people call IAS examination, which is actually Civil services.

FOR CDS EXAM
Eligibility criteria:-
Exam conducted bi-annually
Indian Maltery Accedmay age limit is: 19 to 24 Years
For Officer Training Academy age limit: 19 to 25 years
Naval age limit: 19 to 22 years
Indian air force age limit: 19 to 23 years
The qualification is required for the cds exam is different-2 is like as:-
for the Indian military academy graduation in any stream form the recognized university.
for the officer training academy graduation in any stream form the recognized university.
for the Indian air force graduation in science stream form the recognized university.
for the naval graduation in science stream form the recognized university.
FOR CIVIL SERVICE EXAM:-
Eligibility criteria:
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means no limit
Age relaxation to Physically Handicapped (PH) persons:
Age relaxation of 5 years is allowed (total 10 years for SCs/STs and 8 years for OBCs in respect of the
posts reserved for them)
Age relaxation for Meritorious Sports persons
The relaxation in upper age limit upto a maximum of 5 years (10 years for personsbelonging to SC/ST

You have not mentioned the name of the examination. Because the qualification and age limit vary from examination to examination and post to post. The followings are the Graduate level examination's qualifications and age limit are described. The UPSC requires the minimum qualification is to pass the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. The UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and there are many exams which is conducted for candidates to join in various Government Offices.
