Hi
This is a very odd question as you must be knowing that NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. This is conducted by the UPSC every year for the Defense recruitment purposes.
Now If you are in your 12th class right now, then this is probably the best time to take your attempts.
NDA 1 is held in April and so you should apply for the same in the months of November/December 2012.

Now I would tell that make a good time table and follow it regularly. These are the topics that you have to cover and know about before you go to attempt the exam.
The difficulty level is not that much and so if you know proper subjects, then you should not find it difficult to crack.
All the best
