Dear.
The application is processed through ORA. So, you have to send the application form by online by depositing the requisite examination fees through online banking system or depositing the fees to any branch of SBI . There is not required to send the application form to the any office. Best of Luck.
Dear Applicant,
-You need not send the completed application form to the examination controller again if you have already applied once.
-The candidates are needed to apply only once for any examination conducted by the UPSC.
By any means,if you apply more than once, then your candidature is sure to be rejected.
- Even if you have applied ONLINE for the exam, then you need not apply OFFLINE again.
It is not necessary to send the application form via post.
- The Online forms are accepted without the need of this, provided you complete the Part-I and Part-II registration successfully, and also made the requisite payment through Online Banking or Challan method.
- If you doubt that you have committed a mistake, then I would recommend you to leave the application form to its fate.

Good Luck !!

if you already posted your application form then there is no need to send it again,
because if you apply again then your application is liable to be rejected.
if anyhow some thing wrong is found in your application due t0o which your form gets rejected then you will be informed by upsc through e-mail or SMS.

The application mode for UPSC CSAT is only online. Once you completed your online registration, you will get a automatic mail to your emailID that you have successfully applied. You need not send the filled application form to UPSC by post. Only for direct recruitment for certain posts, UPSC asks the candidates to send the filled application by post. Thisis not applicable for CSAT exam.
Even if you send, UPSC will ignore it.
But you can take printout of the online application for your future use. It will help you to remember the registration ID, which is very essential to download your admit card later. In case any discrepancy occurs, you can show the printout of online application as a proof.
