Friend nice to see your interest that you want to do the preparation of civil service exam.
For the preparation of civil service exam candidates should choose only those optional subject which are most familiar and confident.
As you mentioned that you are the electronics engineering student, so you should choose the subject which are related to engineering or some other stream where you are most interested and would have caliber of the preparation.
Electronics is not included in the list of optional subject so you should choose other subject like math, physics.
You can also choose the subject of history and geography which will be also helpful in the preparation of general studies
