For dental jobs you have to give UPSC CMS exam. for applying UPSC CMS you have to satisfy following Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:
1. only MBBS graduates can apply for CMS exam.
2. you should not reach the age of 32 years on 1 august.

the BDS students are not eligible to write the combined medical services conducted by the UPSC.

the following is the clause related to educational qualification as per the upsc notification:
to get the admission in this exam a get candidate should have passed in the written and practical parts of the final MBBS exam.

a candidate who has appeared or yet to appear at final MBBS can also apply.

so you cannot get dental jobs through it.
