UPSC conducts Common Medical Service Exam(CMSE) for recruiting medical officer in various govt dept. like railways, Central health services, municipal corporation etc.

Eligibility required:

Age : A candidate age should be below 32 years as on mentioned date in Advt.
Educational qualifications: The candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S examination. Final year students can also apply

for become Dental Surgeon you have to clear CMS exam conducted by UPSC .

Only final year MBBS students or who they completed MBBS can participate in CMS Exam

Sorry dear; but you cannot get a job of Dental surgeon through any UPSC Exam.
UPSC directly states that: Only candidates having an MBBS Degree or studying in final year of MBBS course are eligible for Combined Medical Services Examination.
And for a job of Dental Surgeon you will have to pursue B.D.S.
