Tell me whether to go for private sector or UPSC preparation after B.Tech(IT)? Will it make any problem as I am fresher?

sir, my name is maninder singh am studyin in final year of b.tech (it) .sir after my b.tech i want to go for upsc exams preperation and it hardly needs 6 months to prepare now am confused if i go for it then after wards in private sector company it would be a problem for me since being fresher i could handle easily so sir kindly suggest wether i shhould go for private sector or upsc preperation

dear friend,

you cant't get Post related to IT through UPSC. if you want to get job related to IT then go for Private Sector and if you want to go for Administrative Services then go for UPSC.

I will suggested you to GO FOR the PRIVATE sector as it is easy to be settled for a FRESHER in private sector rather you opt. late after gap for the private sector ,you feel lots of problem like job search,underpaid, profile of not your choice etc.

besides you when earn some experience then you can opt drop for the UPSC after a while because even if you want to go back in again private sector then TAG attached with you that you are EXPERIENCED person. then it will also be justifiable for your drop for the UPSC later on.

besides that UPSC doesn't gives you to guranteed that you will passed in attempt for stiff competition in your go
So, uncertainty will always be along with you in this examination.

Hi Maninder
You are studying in your final year of B.Tech.(IT) . If you don't have any personal problems to start earning early (like educational loan etc.) then I will suggest you to go for UPSC Exams .
These exams provide Job opportunities as Officers in the government departments which is any day better then a private sector Job.

You have ample time left for your preparations of the UPSC Exams after you graduate so you should study in a systematic and acutely planned way.
