    being a b.tech fresher you are on your way to complete graduation....

    But i am afraid you have to wait for three more years...to appear for

    civil services exams...

    But you can prepare from now only....


    Tips for preparation...

    1.read newspaper daily
    2.read time magazine and chronicle every month
    3.update yourself with every aspect of knowledge
    4.get a proper guide for you
    5.join coaching classes if you require.
    6.strengthen your weak points


    and above all


    study hard...

    Yes of course, You should or must prepare for the Civil services.

    Before applying Civil Services check out the following condition:

    1. Age limit: Between 18 years to 30 years
    2. Maximum Attempts: 4
    3. Nationality: Indian

    Increase your general knowledge by the following ways:

    - Daily read news papers (News papers are The Hindu, Times of India, Indian Express)
    - Watch daily news on DD News
    - Read General knowledge books

    if you completed your B.TECH then yes you can prepared for CIVIL SERVICE JOBS.


    ELIGIBILITY FOR CIVIL SERVICES:-

    you should have to passed graduate from the recognized university.


    AGE LIMITS:-

    general = 21 to 30 years
    obc = 21 to 33 years
    sc/st = 21 to 35 years.

    Yes, dear you can.

    For Civil Services Exam candidate must be graduate any stream from any recognized university.

    Age should be between 21-30 years

    So dear you can apply for Civil Services Exam being a B.Tech Fresher.

    You can join any best coaching center.
    You must read helping book related these exam.
    You should read newspaper and Magazine
    You must watch news channel daily
    You should solved previous question paper.

    For this exam you would be work hard for qualify.

    You are eligible for the exam and start your preparation for the civil service exam.
    For this exam the age limit is the 21 to 30 years.
    For the civil service exam taken in two part:-
    1. Preliminary exam
    2. Mains exam
    In preliminary exam two papers is held both of the general studies.
    In the mains exam you select two optional subjects from the list which is given by the upsc:-
    Agriculture
    Management
    Animal Husbandry & Vet nary
    Science
    Mathematics
    Anthropology
    Mechanical Engineering
    Botany
    Medical Science
    Chemistry
    Philosophy
    Civil Engineering
    Physics
    Commerce & Accountancy
    Political Science &
    International Relations
    Economics
    Psychology
    Electrical Engineering
    Public Administration
    Geography
    Sociology
    Geology
    Statistics
    Indian History
    Zoology
    Any language subject
    Following subject do not took together
    Political Science & International Relations and Public Administration


    Commerce and Management


    Anthropology and Sociology


    Maths and Statistics


    Agriculture and Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science


    Management and Public Administration


    Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science


    Other paper is taken in the upsc mains exam
    Two papers is the general studies
    One paper general English
    One paper language ( which is taken by you)

    The exam notification is released by the upsc in the month of the February and preliminary exam is held in the month of the May.

    Dear friend,

    Yes you can surely get prepared for Civil services exam.
    Civil Services needs hard work to crack the exam.
    Along with this you need proper guidance and study material also.
    Either you can join some good coaching centres or can prepare self also.

    If you want to prepare It yourself then i would advise you to first clear your basics which you can do from NCERT books.
    Be updated with current Knowledge.
    after this you can go for detailed books subject wise.

    Here below I am giving you the eligibility criteria for Civil services exam:-

    *** You must be a passed Graduate or final year appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for the exam.

    *** Any stream students can give this exam.

    *** Your nationality must be Indian.

    *** age criteria for General is 21 to 30 years.

    Relaxation for reserved categories:

    Sc/St- 5yrs
    OBC- 3yrs
    PH - 10 yrs.

    There is restriction in no. of attempts:

    For General- 4 attempts

    OBC - 7 attempts
    SC/ST- no restrictions in no of attempts
