Friend, please note that being citizen of State Jammu and Kashmir, you are entitled of getting age relaxation in upper age by FIVE YEAR. But here your STATE SUBJECT ( or PRC - Permanent Resident Certificate) would not help in getting age relaxation. In order to avail the benefit of age relaxation of five years in upper age, you are required to have prescribed DOMICILED CERTIFICATE issued by Divisional Commission only. In domiciled certificate, it is clearly mentioned that concerned applicant has been resided in the territory of Jammu and Kashmir State during the period of 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989. That is why, State Subject is not appropriate certificate for getting age relaxation as above stated details are not mentioned in State Subjects or PRC.
