there are no specific exams for physics graduates
but you can apply for civil service and combined defence services
Dear there is no such type of any special examination conducted by UPSC board for physics graduate candidates but there are some exams under UPSC board which you can apply for and exam names and details are following
1. UPSC Civil Service Examination : Only a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
2. Indian Forest Service Examination : Should posses a bachelor's degree in any one of the - Agriculture / Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science / Botany / Chemistry / Engineering / Forestry / Geology / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Zoology from a recognized university and age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years
3. UPSC Combined Defense Service Examination :
IMA - Should have passed bachelor's degree examination and final year pursuing are also eligible to apply and age should be between 19-24 years
INA - Should posses a bachelor's degree in engineering and age should be between 19-22 years
AFA - Must hold a degree from a recognized university with physics and mathematics as a compulsory subject and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 23 years
Dear for your information that online application dates for IFoS and Civil Service exams has been over but you can apply for upcoming CDS examination between 25-05-2013 to 24-06-2013 and can appear for this exam at - 08-09-2013

There is no special entrance exam for physics graduates in UPSC.
If you are physics graduates from a Indian recognized university
then you can join IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS/CDS/NDA/CDS/SCRA as well as other civil services exam.
Your age should be between 21-30 years.
Age relaxation;-
3 years age relaxation for obc candidates
5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates
You must be Indian citizen as well as physically fit.

Entrance Exam by UPSC is Same for All Branch Graduates is CSAT.
Here is the Details of CSAT Exam:
CSAT Exam Contains Two Papers, Each of 200 Marks.
And all Question are of Objective type.
Paper-I General Studies and Current Affairs
Paper-II General Aptitude
For General Category Combined score of Both Paper is must be 50% to get Select for Mains Exam.
>> CSAT Exam in Taken to Select Candidates for Mains Exam.
>> You can give Following times Attempt according to Category:
General Category: 4 Attempts
OBC: 7 Attempts
PH: 7 Attempts
SC/ST: No Limits
