The UPSC conducts CSAT, CDS & CPF (AC) examination every year. The essential qualification is to pass the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. You can also give the IES (Indian Engineering Service) as you are a student of Electrical Engineering. The age limit is within 21-30 years for CSAT and IES, but for CPF & CDS, it is 21-25 years and there is no age relaxation. Eligibility;-
