Dear,
The UPSC conducts the CSAT examination every year. There is also reservation for specially Physical Handicapped aspirants. Except IPS(Indian Police Service), you can choose other posts as other posts have the special reservation for the Physical Handicapped candidates. Thanks....

The vacancies are reserved for Physically Handicap Persons in UPSC. The physically disabled persons should have disability of Forty per cent (40%) or more.
The physical requirement for the Students are: 1.Work performed by manipulating (with Fingers),
2. Work performed by pulling & pushing
3. Work performed by lifting
4. Work performed by kneeling and crouching
5. Work performed by bending
6. Work performed by sitting (on bench or chair)
7. Work performed by standing
8. Work performed by walking
9. Work performed by seeing
10. Work performed by hearing/speaking
11. Work performed by reading and writing.
Now the Functional classification for the candidates like you are follows:----
1. both legs affected but not arms(code BL)
2. both arms affected a. impaired reach b. weakness of grip.(code BA)
3. both legs and both arms affected.(code BLA)
4. one leg affected (R or L)(code OL)
5. one arm affected (R or L)(code OA)
6. stiff back and hips (cannot sit or stoop).(code BH)
7. muscular weakness and limited physical endurance.(code MW)
8. the blind(code B)
9. the deaf(code D)
So you can get the code and apply for the UPSC in reserved seats.
