The age eligibility for UPSC Civil Services is as under;
1.Minimum Graduate from the recognized University.
2.nationality: Indian,
3.Age: Maximum age eligibility for PH candidate is more than 10 years then open catagory ie, you are eligibile up to the 40 years, if you exceed 40 as per notification you are not eligible for UPSC Civil Services or else.

Yes you can apply for civil services but probably this might be your last attempt., since age relaxation for pd candidates is 10 years.

As per the instruction of the UPSC maximum age limit for physically handicapped candidate is 40 years. If you are under 40 year then you are eligible.
And if you are over 40 years then you can't..

the maximum age eligibility for physically handicapped candidates is 40 years which is more than 10 years than open catagory.
So as an date of exam notification the age should be in between 21 to 30(10 years relaxation).
