there is no any relation between APPSC and UPSC ,

first of all i tell you that all the states have their own public service commission .

here APPSC stands :- ARUNACHAL PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.

and UPSC stands :- UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.

BOTH ARE WORKING SEPARATELY AND THERE ARE NO ANY RELATION BETWEEN THEM ,

BECAUSE THE STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION WORKS FOR THE STATE GOVT AND THE UNION PUBLIC

SERVICE COMMISSION WORKS FOR THE CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEE.

UPSC - Union Public Service Commission

For your king information that there is no relation between these both board or organizations because APPSC in under the separate state so the APPSC selected candidates works under the state and would be called state government employees but a UPSC Board is organized from central government so the UPSC Board Selected candidates would be called as central government employees and work any where or across from India means they would not be in any particular state.

There is one more difference between these boards which is about the question pattern means in the preliminary examination that would be same but there are some special questions would be asked about the state means about the Andhra Pradesh but in UPSC exams the UPSC board may ask question from any where of Indian or world means there is no more questions would be asked from any particular state or place.

there is no relation between APPSC AND UPSC but indirectly we can relate it that these two is main center which are meant to conduct exam in order to recruit the applicants based on their mode of interest.

APPSC is andhra pradesh public service commission ,to recruit the post in ground water department,municipal engineering,municipal engineering sub service exam.

this exam was held in 18th novenber 2012.,this exam is confined to only one state i.e andhra pradesh region.

where as UPSC is union public service commission which held various exam in india,to recruit into different services.

upsc is for all over india.

certain exam in upsc conducts exam 2 twice in ayear(like NDA EXAM,CDS EXAM) or once in year(IFS,IES).and conducts exams in stages as civil service exam( preliminary exam and main exam)
