ISRO conduct examination on the graduation basis and 12th basis also.
ISRO conduct ISRO Entrance Exam for different streams. So you can apply for it.

UPSC doesn�t organizes any exam for the ISRO.
ISRO is stands for Indian Space Research Organization.
