No it is impossible.ISRO recruits candidates through its own recruitment process.UPSC conducts IES and it is for Central govt agencies as Railways,CPWD,CWC ,Wireless and Signals dept etc.ISRO conducts its own written test for the posts of Junior Scientist for ECE and Mechanical and Civil candidates.You have not mentioned your stream of engineering else you would have known here that which all departments you may get if you qualify IES.Keep checking the website of ISRO to know about its vacancies.All the best

You are not eligible for getting job in ISRO by qualifying in IES.Engineering services examination conducted by UPSC for various engineering services posts in Groups A or Group B services like Indian Railway services of Signal Engineers ,Central Elecrtrical or Mechanical Services, Indian Railway Stores Services,Indian Ordinance Factories Services,Indian Naval Armament Services etc.ISRO conducts its separate exams for selecting candindates.There is no relation between recruitment process of Engineers by UPSC and ISRO for their work .Though course is same but the recruitment process is quite different.

No it is not possible to get job in isro through ies exam.isro conducts its own exam for the recruitment of candidates in their company,so if you want to join in drdo then you have to apply for their exam and then get job.ies exam is for the recruitment of students in government engineering department.ies exam is conducted every year by upsc.thank you
