You cannot find upsc question papers printed in tamil language.so i cannot upload the same for you.so sorry.
Upsc sets question papers only in the ENGLISH AND HINDI language.
though upsc allows a candidate in the civil services exam to write the exam in whichever language he wants but the question paper is set only in the english and hindi language.
you can select any language mentioned in the 18th schedule of our constitution to write the mains exam.
If you want you can get the question papers in the english from the commission's website itself.
1)go to the commission'swebsit"www.upsc.gov.in"
2)click on the "previous years questionpapers" tab.
3)select the year of exam
4)select the exam
5)select the papers
all the best
Well you will not be able to find any upsc papers in tamil language
they will be there either in hindi or english language thats it
