Advantages:
You can express your thoughts very clearly in your language.
You will not miss any point to tell in interview which you often forget in English.
If you make good impression in native language then you can beat other aspirant of english, but its only possible when UPSC is ok with native language with that particular post.
Disadvantage:
If you select native language, no doubt you will make good impression in interview; but if UPSC need english proficiency for that particular post then your chance will be no more for that post.
Its always better to select english because its universal language and it will surely affect your score of interview as well, no matter how good you in theory part.
