You have to finish your bachelor degree first and you can apply for UPSC... You can even apply in final year... And then after you have been selected as an IPS officer then based on your rank ad good performance you will be posted or appointed as an CBI officer on your request or on governments request...

Friend, it is not possible to become CBI Officer just after 11th or 12th standard. Minimum required educational qualification to become CBI Officer is graduation in any discipline. Here, candidate has to appear for COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) every year.
