    Dear Aspirant
There is no Certificate needed with the IAS application Form, because at the time of registration
you didn't asked to send.any form to UPSC team.
    so no certificate needed.
but all the reservation and category certificate must
be checked and verified during the interview session.
but during the pre and MAIN Exam,no certificate is
    checked or verified.
Although in some Bank exams you are told to bring
your identity proof with you in exam, but this didn't
    happen in IAS Exam.

    Hello Friend ,

While submitting an application form for an IAS exam , you do not require to enclose your certificates . The thing that is to be known while submitting an application form or applying online application form is your Graduation degree marks , you age , and the attempts that you have already attempted for IAS exam that's all .

When you got selected for an interview round then might be required to enclose your details of Educational qualification , your achievements , your age proof , residential proof etc .

    THANK YOU !

The certificates which are naturally essential as per IAS eligibility are included with IAS Application form otherwise applicants application will be cancelled in case of Off mode application.

    Certificates to be attached:-

1.Graduation Certificate or Genuine Marks sheet.(If orginal did not issued by the University)

2.AGE Eligibility certificate eg School final certificate or admit card where DOB is mentioned clearly.

    3.Caste Certificate , whether S/C S/T, OBC,PWD, PH,Ex.serviceman.

    Thank You,

    Dear Aspirant

As per UPSC notification no additional documents or any certificates relating to age, educational qualifications,or community proof like belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes or proof of physically disabled is required to be attached in the application forms for appearing in preliminary examination .However you have to ensure that whatever you have written in the application is correct and true to best of your knowledge.Because your qualification in Interview will be just provisional and until all the criteria are verified you are not eligible for the post.

    All the best

Re: What certificates should we include with IAS application form?

    dear aspirant,

you have to apply for IAS exam online on official link
    http://upsconline.nic.in/
and there is no need to send any certificates. you have to pay the exam fees through Net banking.

for IAS post you have to write Civil Services exam. Civil Services Exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

for Civil Services you must have graduation degree in any discipline from recognized college or university. There is also no barrier regarding the percentage in your graduation. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam.

and you must have attained the minimum age of 21 years on 1 August of the year of exam and you must no have attained maximum age of 30 years on same date. UPSC also provide relaxation in upper age limit according to government norms as per 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.

if you fulfill the above requirements then you have to apply for the exam.

    Good Luck.......

Re: What certificates should we include with IAS application form?

Dear first of all I would like to tell you that application procedure for IAS Examination is always invited and accepted through online more where you have not chance to send your application through offline mode means only online filled up application forms will be accepted by the board and this instruction is clearly mentioned in the official notification and applications will not be accepted through any other mode so this is your duty that you first visit at www.upsc.gov.in and get the application form for this examination between decided dates then you should think about the details necessary to be provided in application form and basically you will have to give your following details in application form

Full Name, Father's Name and Mother's Name
    Date of Birth
Gender, Nationality, Marital Status, Category, Physically Challenged, Community etc.
Minority Status, Fee Relaxation, Educational Qualification, Address for Correspondence etc.
Contact Number, Email ID, Photo and Signature etc.

So when you will application form then you will have to choose category that is your actual means it may be any one of the General or OBC or SC or ST and then educational qualification and minimum graduation will be accepted and your date of birth will be counted according to the DOB mentioned on the marksheet of class 10th provided by the recognized board and your all documents will be verified while facing interview process because there is no need to provide any document with application form and if you qualify prelims and main examination then you will get the call for interview process and that would be the time when you have to provide all your original certificates to the board for final verification as - Cate Certificate, Permanent Address Certificate, Certificate of all Academics, Bachelor's Degree, Diploma/ PG degree if have or any other professional qualification etc. so do not worry about online application form and just fill all the details accurately while completing part I registration for IAS examination

This year's UPSC Civil Service Preliminary examination application dates has been over and this prelims test has been conducted at 26th of May so you should wait for next year's notification and apply.

For all other details related to application, eligibility, examination pattern, syllabus etc. are mentioned in the below attached notification please get it

    All the best
