See,IAS Exam is the administrative civil service exam of the Government of India. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the exam every year. Civil Services Examination is also known as IAS examination.

IAS 2013 Exam Date:-
Registration date : 5th March to 4th April 2013
Preliminary Examination : 26th May 2013
Main Examination : 8th November 2013

As far as filling up of the Online form is concerned,you can get the form by going to this link-

Fill up the form and pay the required registration fee.

for filling up the upsc civil services examination form, you need to go to the official website of the upsc, www.upsc.gov.in
there you can see the notification for the IAS forms.
Or alternatively you can also directly go to the www.upsconline.nic.in
And there you can select the category which states, the online upsc exam forms.
There are two parts in filling up the form. In first part you need to fill all the required information in the form and in the second part, you need to upload your passport size scanned photograph and a scanned copy of your signature. And finally, after the completion of your registration, you move on to the payment section. For the payment, you have 2 options, online and offline.
