I am aswathy s nair diong final year BE ECE.I wish to apply for the IAS exam.But the application form is not available in the site given by you.The online submission will be closed on march 5.I need your help and advice sir.please reply to my question as soon as possible.

UPSC has still not declared the notifications for the Prelims exams for the year 2013
Once the notification will be released by UPSC, it will have a different last date to apply
So, 5th March 2013 is not the last date to apply
Right now, you have to wait for the UPSC to release the notifications for the exams.
You can keep on checking the website of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in to see the notifications when it is released.
Don't panic.The forms are yet to be available on the website because the notification is yet to be issued because there is some pattern changing this year for the exam so that is the reason of non availablity of the forms..
