dear friend to apply for the cdse exam there is no precentage criteria but you should have passed your graduation or either should be in final year ans as far as age is concerned there are two entries in cdse exam one is for naval academy ,airforce academy ani indian military academy for whose age limit is 19-23 and the other is officers training academy for that age limit is 19-24 ok friend
60% in graduation nd you must have to do your intermediate with physics and math
Age-limits:19-24 Years Indian Military Academy 19-22 Years Naval Academy 19-23 Years Air Force Academy 19-25 Years Officers� Training Academy
i. For IMA-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1988 and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.ii. For Naval Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1991 ( 2nd January, 1989 in case of NCC Naval Wing �C� Certificate holders ) and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.iii. For Air Force Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st January, 1994 only are eligible.
you must be at least 19 and at most 27 of age and graduate with 55% agregate
you need to be graduated from a recognized university and your age should be above 21 years and below 30 years ,if you belongs to OBC then you will get relaxation of 3 years and if you belongs to SC/ST then you will get relaxation of 5 years best of luck

Candidates must completed B.Sc. degree with Physics & Mathematics as main subjects from a a recognized university.
Candidates who have done Engineering course are also eligible to apply.
AIR FORCE ACADEMY:-
Candidates must be a degree holder.
Candidates should have also passed 10+2 level with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY:-
Candidate must be a graduate degree holder.
Finally don't worry about %.You only need to complete graduation with respective streams to apply for different wings.
MARITAL STATUS:-

Educational Qualification
1. For Air Force and INA: Engineering degree or B.SC with physics and math.
2. For OTA and IMA: graduation degree from recognized college or university.
Age Limit:
1. For Air Force:19 to 23 years
2. For OTA:19 to 25 years
3. For INA:19 to 22 years
4. For Indian Army: 19 years to 24 years.
there is no consideration of percentage. So do not need to worry about percentage.

There is nothing to worry about your percentage why because
UPSC needs only complete graduates in any stream with any percentage
But he/she must be graduate or being a final years student
Age must be between 21 to 25 years
Age relaxation is not applicable for any reserved caste(sc,st,obc or anything else)
Through cds you would go for AIR FORCE,ARMY,NAVY AND SPECIAL OFFICERS

> Candidate must be a citizen of India.
> Candidate must be a unmarried male candidate
> Age limit for the CDS Exam is that the candidate must have 19-24 years of age.
> Education qualification for the CDS Exam is that the candidate must have completed a degree from a recognized university with a fair percentage.
> Final year candidates can also apply for this exam
> Candidate should be physically fit according to the physical standard.
If you satisfy them all then you are eligible for applying for the CDS Exam

as far as eligibility for the upsc exams is concerned then i must tell you that there is no particular percentage required for the upsc exam,
minimum passing percentage will make you eligible for the upsc exams,
upsc does not sets any percentage bars for the candidates to become eligible for the upsc exams,
age required for the CDS exam is 19 to 24 years ,
for IMA 19 to 25 years,
also candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively,
