dear now you can't apply for IAS bcoz its base on graduate. If you want to study for IAS exam before applying then you should need to below points:-
1. daily read newspapers and magazines n note down updating current affairs.
2. daily give 3-4 hours for IAS exam.
3. doing hard work, struggle.
4. If you have remaining time except your study then you can take coaching for it for study.
5. self study is very informtant for it without self study you can't clear it.
