Eligibility Criteria:-
Education qualification-
Graduation in any stream from Govt. recognized University(NO restriction of %)
Final year student who appeared in last year exam can also apply for UPSC prelims exam.
Age limit-
GEN- 21 to 30 year
OBC- 21 to 33 year
SC/ST- 21 to 35 year
Nationality-
Indian
Attepts-
Gen- 4
OBC- 7
SC/ST- Unlimited

Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC every year.
Eligibility for civil services exam is given below:
Age limits:
For General category 21-30 years
For OBC Category 21-33 years
For SC/ST Category 21-35 years
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must be Graduate from any recognized university.
There is no percentage required final year student can also apply.
Attempts:
For General category = 4
For Obc category = 7
For SC/ST category = no limits
Therefore you can apply for this exam if you fulfill above criteria.

Minimum required qualification and other eligibilities for UPSC Civil Services exams :
The candidate must be the citizen of India
The candidate must have a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks or any other equivalent qualification with same percentage marks. Those candidate who are pursuing final year exams or awaiting for the result may also apply for this exam
The candidate age must be between 21-30 years but the candidate is from SC/ST then he/she can apply for this exam till 35 years of age and if the candidate is from OBC then he/she can apply for this exam till 33 years of age but only 7 times and the general category candidates are allowed to apply for this exam only 4 times.
If you have above mentioned qualification then you can apply for UPSC - IAS, IPS exams etc.

final year candidate are also eligible for this exam
Age should be minimum 21 and maximum 30 years

there is no any special degree requirements and also there are no any % criteria ,
there are only requirement of a degree of graduation with a govt recognized university.
let's see the criteria about the examination because you must have proper knowledge about the examination if you want to enter it.
nationality:-
you must be an indian.
eligibility:-
you must be a graduate with a ugc recognized university.
age requirement:-
must be in between 21-30 years.
and there is an age relaxation for sc/st and obc category candidates of 5 and 3 years respectively.
no of attempts:-
there are 4 attempts given for general category students and 7 attempts for obc category students ,but there are no any restriction of no of attempts for sc/st category students .
so my dear friend, if you are a graduate and fulfill the requirements mentioned abopve only than you will call eligible for the examination.

The maximum age is limited up to 30 years
You must have a Graduation from a Recognized university
