You have to pass your graduation from recognized university..Age limit 21-30 yrs..
And for becoming IAS you need to give the upsc civil services exam and you can apply for it at www.upsc.online.nic.in and you can check more about it at www.upsc.gov.in
no there is no way to become an ias officer directly after 12th. one can apply for civil services exam conducted by upsc to become an ias officer. after completing graduation

The basic qualification for the IAS is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. You have to appear the examination CSAT for IAS examination. The essential qualification for Civil Services is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. So as a company secretary candidate, you can surely apply. But you should keep attention on the age limits. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years. The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years and for SC/ST, it is 05 years. If you want to be in Civil services i.e. IAS,IFS,IPS,IRS or any other central services,you must be a graduate.Graduation can be from any stream but degree is must.You can not appear based on your 12th pass certificate which actually is useful mainly for being eligible for other entrance exams for Graduation courses and nothing much.Even if you want to be in any State Civil services,you must be a graduate.Complete your graduation and then apply
