I am persuing B.A. (Hons.). I want to give IAS or any other upsc examinations. What is the procedure for it. please give me detail of it.

After complete or pursuing the degree in any stream the way of exam is similar for all graduate candidate.
you strat your preparation from any time. some condition is apply like as:-
qualification required :- candidate required passed graduation in any stream/final year candidate from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.
age limit:-
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited

For giving the IAS exam you have to give CSE exam taken by UPSC every year and passed this exam .
The eligibility criteria for the UPSC exam is below :
* EDUCATION QUALIFICATION *
=> one should done their graduation from any recognized university => A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam , but before the main exam one have to complete the graduation .
* AGE CRITERIA *
=> 21-30 for general cast
=> 21-33 for obc cast
=> 21-35 for sc/st cast
=> 21-35 for ex-serviceman
=> 21-40 for physically handicapped
* MAXIMUM ATTEMPT *
=> 4 for general cast
=> 7 for obc cast
=> No limit for the SC/ST cast
* SCHEDULE OF THE EXAM *
-> IN the month of December / January the advertisement for the exam will be published .
-> In the month of May the preliminary exam will be taken .
-> In the month of october/november , the Main exam will be taken .
-> In the month of march/april , interview will be taken .
-> In the month of May , the result will be declared .
* EXAM PATTERN *
=> There are three rounds.
1. Preliminary exam
2.Main exam
3. Interview

first collect the detailed syllabus of that exam.
collect full details about that exam i.e exam pattern, mode of selection, post, regions,etc.,
then collect standard books, materials according to that syllabus.
mark Easiest topics, Toughest topics.
prepare easiest topics first because it saves your time.
then start preparing toughest topics.
must study 7-8 hrs/day.

IAS (Indian administrative service) is one of the prestigious exam of civil service conducted by UPSc every year.
Eligibility:
Educational qualification:- graduation
Age- For General- 21 to 30 year
For OBC -3 year age relaxation
for SC/ST-5 year age relaxation
For Blind,Deaf,mute,orthopedically handicapped-10 year age relaxation
special cases of Military ex service man- 5year age relaxation
special cases of Defence personnel service- 3 year age relaxation
Jammu & kashmir domiciles(1980-1989)-5 year age relaxation
other eligibility:
The candidate should be a citizen of India.
The exam conduct by UPSC consist of 3 stages.
1.preliminary ( objective type questions,usually conducted in May)
2.Main exam (Essay type questions,conduct during oct/Nov)
3.Interview ( the final stage of the exam)
Preliminary exam just a qualifying exam.After qualifying the tese one can appear the main exam. Interview is the final round of the exam to test the mental ability & personality of the candidate.then the candidate who have secured good rank go for training.After completion of training they are posted as per recruitment vacancies of the State/Central Govt.
You are a graduate ,so you can apply for the exam through the process.
