well dear normally admit card is send by upsc to candidate through post.but if you did not get it then you need a duplicate admit card.it is also provided by upsc for the student who did not recieve their admit card.you should go to the official website of upsc(upsc.gov.in).it would have a link of download duplicate admit card.you can get your duplicate admit card from there by providing your details.

Dear candidate if you lost your admit card then you can download another copy of admit card from official website http://www.upsc.gov.in
1.Open the site and see the heading Upsc civlservices,accordingly you click the option and read the message about the admit card downloading option,then click again you will get format put your registration no/pass word or roll no/DOB which is possible then click submit within the moment you will get your cse exm copy,you can take print out or save in pdf form as you like.
Now this procedure is active where online registration is compulsorry.

UPSC sent admit card at the given address of the candidate by post.
If you have not receive your admit card you can download it from the website:
*go to the websit www.upsc.gov.in
*In What's New column click on e-admit card -civil service exam
*click on for download e-admit card on Click Here
*Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth in given Box
Click on Submit Button
Your admit card will be open you can print it
