    *****Hi Friend!!*****

    That's an important question.

The right time to start the for the UPSC exams is second year of graduation(Degree).

Just go through the previous year question papers at http://www.upsc.gov.in/

And see how the questions are being asked in the exams.

Then start preparing on your own analyzing the a topic. In other word, analyze in what all ways a question on a considered topic could be asked. Then its easy for you to answer the question in the exams without wasting the time.

    I wish you all SUCCESS!!

    dear friend,

    it depends upon the candidate.

some candidates start preparation of UPSC exams while appearing in graduation

and some students prefer to start preparation after completing graduation.

as you can choose any way which you find good for you.

    Good Luck.......

    Hi dear
According to most successful candidates the right time to start preparations for the Civil Services Exam is right from your first year in college.

In the first year of graduation you will have ample time to start your preparations.
You can develop aptitude for the Exam and workout on your communication skills for the Interview in your first year and work on your main subjects in the later years.

I will suggest you to start preparations for the Exam from your 10th class as there you can workout the basic elements required for your success and plan your strategy effectively.

    Hello my dear friend.....

there is no particular time to start any preparation for UPSC exam

    it totally depends upon you

you will decide that how much you need to be fully prepared for a competitive exam

so according to that choose your study time and solve previous year question paper regularly

you will find lots of books in market that can help you

you can also go for any institution where you will find any good faculty whom you can follow

so decide your time yourself and study hard

remember there is no shortcut to success
