All the Graduates irrespective of their streams of graduation , are eligible for the UPSC Civil Services Exam.
However the Eligibility criteria is very detailed and you will have to check if you are eligible for the exam or not.

The Brief Eligibility criteria for the Civil Services Exam is:
#Indian Nationality
#A degree from a recognized University.
# Age limit of 21-30 years (relaxable for certain categories)

And on the other hand IPS Indian Police Services

And the required qualification for the exam:

Education:The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university

Age limit: for the open category 21-30 and for obc relaxation

Given of 3 years and for the sc.st of 5 years

Citizen:The candidate must be a citizen of india

For the exam just graduation required and it does not matter that you have passed in

As the minimum qualification for upsc examination is graduation .

But your age must be between 21-35 years according to your category as given below.

For generals - 21-30 years.

For sc/st - 21-35 years .

For obc -21-33 years .
